Traditional Faggots

We have been searching for a supply of ingredients to make faggots in the traditional manner, and having sourced the material, we can now produce a  faggot which we believe is the essence of what a good faggot should be. The main ingredient is liver, supplemented by bread, onion and seasoning, the pigs apron, the caul is used to hold the ingredients together. Our faggots are not miniatures, one is a substantial course and is very filling.
