We believe that a 'personal touch' is needed when planning your wedding; we love discussing and getting involved with your plans and understand that your menu should be tailor made to fit your dream day. There is also one chance to get things right. That is why your wedding day is our wedding day. It is a partnership; on our side to provide you with that unique and special day, that you can treasure; on yours to have an event you can remember forever.
After many years they are still great days, our staff revel in the planning process, our experience and interaction with you as plans and ideas develop. To see suggestions that we make turned into reality, together with your ideas of what your Wedding Reception should be and cater for it. We want to see your dreams turned into all that you want them to be.
The reception is very often a time when the principal partners can at last relax and allow the day to flow as they share early thoughts and memories with family and friends. What is required on our part is the smooth process and good food which compliment good wine and good company. We take pride in taking away your worries, allowing you to concentrate on each other and your friends and guests. We aim to be professional in delivery, and the least that you remember us on the day means that we have succeeded in our aims. But we want you to remember the meal as part of the memories that you will treasure forever.

What we can say is that as the dialogue develops we will listen to your ideas, make note of specifics and feed them into the equation, and if we can save you money along the way we will do that for free.
We have abandoned what we termed ‘tasting evenings’, because with so many guests we lost the importance of spending time with individual couples. We replaced the tasting evening with an individual approach. We take elements of your menu and allow you to try the sauces which could accompany them until you find one that suits you. If you are undecided on two dishes it allows you to try them and make a decision. We are not feeding you for free; we are making decisions together so that you can cross off another item off your list.
We class weddings as the top of our game, whether in a marquee, where we create a kitchen in a tent; over a BBQ where we are in the open. Your family home where we attend and cook for you. In a specific location to which we are linked as the caterers and our equipment is at hand, we will endeavour to give you the wedding breakfast that you desired.
