Most of our staff have been with us for a number of years. We rely upon them to provide interaction with guests, and they represent the company at the table end. How they conduct themselves is very important, they reflect upon the professionalism of the company that we wish to portray. We provide uniforms to be worn whilst working and the necessary training to be confident in what they are asked to do.
Vacancies arise as and when valued members of staff move on and we are always looking for those individuals who are capable of growing into their shoes, or who have the requisite skills already and need a further line of employment.
Much of the work is in the evening or at weekends, and we would certainly like you to contact us if you are interested. Applicants will be asked to come for an interview, and depending upon experience and previous training, will either receive training and sometime to get used to the ways of working with us.
Kitchen Assistants
For those whose penchant is for the kitchen, the same applies, the preparation of ingredients, and the presentation of food is paramount to the business that we have.
Working in a busy kitchen is demanding and training will be provided so that we are all working to provide the best possible result. If you feel, you have the willingness to get involved enjoy the banter and hard work of the kitchen then please give us a call.
Reserve
If you cannot work each and every week, but could manage a limited involvement we are actively seeking a reserve for those occasions we have either an event so large that it exhausts our regular staff, or more than one event on a single day or evening.
We would train you and give you sufficient notice to arrange for you to help us.
